MADFINGER GAMES REFUSES TO SUPPORT IT FIRST GEN IPHONE AND IPOD TOUCH CUSTOMERS.

I bought this app a couple months ago before the 4.0 update and know I cant use it because it only supports iPhone OS 4.0 Either update with support for 1st Gen. iPods and iPhones or refund my money.
